1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the product does not match its description or has critical bugs that make it unusable. Refund requests must include specific details of the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are NOT provided for: change of mind after download, inability to install due to incompatible hosting, customization requests, or if you've already used the template on a live site.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund: contact us via the Contact Page with your order ID, the issue you're facing, and any relevant screenshots.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Razorpay/PayPal).
